Fé Fit Women's Workout Program Review

As a busy WAHM of two toddlers it seems like I never have enough time in the day to do anything, let alone add in a workout routine.

But with so many life changes taking place at once in my life I can’t help but want to do something for myself and the best gift I can give myself to look and feel great.

Now if your anything like me, starting a workout routine is the easy part but actually sticking with it, now that’s where the real challenge is. I tend to get bored with repetition and need to be able to change things up a bit in order to retain my interest.

I have tried workout videos before and they are all generally alike and if you don’t have an hour or longer to devout to them, forget about it.

This is why I am loving Fé Fit Women's Workout Program this workout program! It’s made for busy women like myself who have time constraints but still want to be healthy.

When you purchase the set you get everything you need to start off with a bang. It comes with 8 DVDs that contain 27 workouts, - no way you’ll get bored with so many options – fitness tools that make it easy to track your weight loss and a nutrition guide.

While working out, you will hear encouraging words from the instructor and will be able to feel the burn and know you are getting a great workout. As for those time constraints? There not an issue at all. The videos range from about 15 min to 30 min so if you're short on time just do a quicker one.

Because the workouts were designed specifically for a woman’s body it eliminates the worry that many women have about “bulking up”. They are made to tone you up and slim you down without making your body appear less feminine.

So far I’m almost two weeks into the 90-day program and I have shed 6 pounds and lost 2 inches on my waistline. Yep, I’m one happy lady! There is no doubt I will continue to use these DVDs long after the 90 days are done.
